DUTIES: Assignment to the Accounting Department performing bookkeeping performing bookkeeping duties, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, cash receipts records entry, vouchering for reimbursement of expenses per contracts, payroll preparation, insurance and employee benefits enrollment, and will also be expected to assist with human resources administration..
The assistant bookkeeper will be directly responsible to the Director of Finance.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma, computer proficiency required, and Bookkeeping experience, knowledge of Excel and Word.
SALARY: From $35,340 (D.O.E.)
